Can't sleep , so had the little streetview man hunting out my route in new territory. At least when I got him completely lost down the narrow back streets I could just put him back to where I knew and start again. A pat on the back from me to the person inventing streetview. Makes life much easier .

Mother has come to stay with me for the next few days...
Got off to a flying start when I was struck down with mystery illness on train to Liverpool yesterday
Went home, course of antibiotics and strait to bed - not exactly how I wanted to spend my week!
Think mother is secretly enjoying looking after me though!

Green square? The fiddling has made it a bit squiffy for me, but everything seems faster :)

Little green spot on your avatar. Mine 'pulses' to show i'm online.......... oh gawd, the smallest of things really amuse me at the moment. I need to take more whiskey with my water.............

Mines green spot's not pulsing. Have noticed the bar across the top of the reply bit has lost colour (unless it's something I've done by mistake)

Well, that was most embarrassing ................ Had to ring the letting agents to check out a few points on sons tenancy agreement that arrived this morning. Just got through to the manager when the bangers next door , who have been going at it hell for leather all morning, suddenly got louder, and louder, and louder..... She can't have failed to hear them. :embarrass:

Ran a bath at 9am and still haven't got in it. Taken so long printing , reading,and ringing to check out the numerous forms received (and of course the compulsary getting side tracked on here ;) ). Just realised still sitting in my PJ's, that the water is now luke warm and the bubbles disappeared, not yet had breakfast , and a big part of the day has gone. :lorks: Looks like my plans to be at the travel agents by 1pm have had it!

Yay! Look! It says '250,000 poster' by my name! Exciting or what? - finally I'm a something! :toot:

In more mundane news - husband is threatening me with a whole week away on holiday this year! Not sure I can do without Stafford (forum) for a whole week! 3 days was bad enough last year. :(

Is it just me that hates going away?

Keep the drone, upgrade the camera. Nowt wrong with the shots you're getting now at all, but can't see a new drone improving anything

The new drone is more about the upgraded camera included (14MP vs 1MP) plus a gimble which makes smooth video possible. To upgrade to a better camera plus gimble would cost me far more than just upgrading. Also double the battery life and far longer ranges possible with the camera due to entended wifi reach - so I could take shots from MUCH higher up and not lose connection like I do now.

Anyway must stop talking as I'm still trying to resist temptation. ;)
