I saw Walter White at the train station on wednesday, really, well not really, basically a man dressed as Walter White. I think I recall seeing him a year ago, does anyone know of a man from Stafford that purposefully dresses as Walter White? Walter White from Breaking Bad, just in case it isn't clear.

I saw an old associate today who insistented that we have a catch up beer, fair enough. Had 3 pints at lunch after which he started taking about visiting a strip joint. He got rather upset when he found out the place he was thinking of didn't open until 8pm.

Right up until 08:00 yesterday we were on for London then both agreed we didn't fancy the crowds, hustle and bustle etc. So I'm now sitting in front of a log burner in a cottage in the Lake District. Snow on the tops. Been to Bowness, Ambleside & Hawkshead today.

Met @Manorboy, he took his jumper off and had a rummage - round his fish tank for Neon thingys and shrimps, while himself and my nephew talked about fish and such like.

Today I'm very tired, woken by cat dropping a mouse on bed, mouse ran under bed, closed bedroom door took bed apart, mouse does disappearing act.....put bed back together, went to open door.......door won't open the 1930s door Catch won't move, locked in bedroom with mouse, pull door, again and again, won't open eventually other half has brain wave, take belt off trouser tie it round door handle and heave,,, door handle intact, door opens.....cat down stairs asleep in basket....mouse 1 human 0......let the battle commence!

With laptop going so slow, accidentally deleted 'conversations' that I wanted to keep

Now done 4 weeks on my diet without booze, choccies and biscuits and lost 1 st 2 lbs. (All ready to put it back on again in one foul swoop when we go on the works weekend away . Can't say no to free food and booze )
