Roofers arrived bright and early this morning to repair damage done to the garage roof by Doris. Happy to see them but would have been even happier had I known they were coming. I was awoken from my slumber at 7:45 by large crashing noise and thought someone was attempting to break in. Still, all’s well that ends well and roof is now fixed.

At least its all over now - I took paracetamol & ibuprofen together every 4ish hours - BIG  !
I've been doing that, when I had the earache with it, I took Paramol, sooooo nice, But couldn't drive while on them, they made me drowsy.

Mrs T had a smashing rose bouquet from her niece for mother's day, arrived Friday, flowers looking very sorry for themselves by Saturday am.
Mrs T complained to www.post-a-rose.com/‎ who were very helpful and a replacement arrived yesterday. Roses all but dead again this morning. In water with supplied feed sachet, central heating not on. Wouldn't recommend Post a Rose.

My mission for today is to construct a contraption that stops impatient kids from pulling their photo from my booth printer before it has finished slicing it off - therefore causing paper jams.
Prompted by another forum user that I had the pleasure of seeing today - yes I did indeed sort this project. The finishing touches were applied today (some vinyl lettering and an automatic light that comes on for 10 seconds when a print emerges). The long base ensures that the weight of the printer stops it from being moved, whilst the open back allows the printer still to breathe as they run quite warm during busy periods. It's all a bit basic - but it works.
