Quite good at restocking the xmas stocks several times .... Already got some back down and in the garage to enjoy tonightand buy more booze, lots more booze.
Ah, I have one of these for work. Great for the driving shots we need and it was also pretty handy when I used it to track down the source of a roof leak at home the other day. Easy to fly as well, even for a numpty like me.Just ordered MY christmas pressie ( i'll let the wife know later )
The Mavic Mini Drone
This little guy is about a third of the size of my mavic pro but is small enough to get to some of the places i cannot fly to using its big brother and doesnt need to be registered with the CAA.
Small but powerful enough to do most of what the bigger one does without any restrictions
Here's a youtube video of one in action..
Good times...It's only a matter of time before you can have your endoscopy done in the 'comfort' of your own home, by a doctor flying a tiny drone via the Internet after you've opened the small parcel that you've been sent...
I was more unwell than usual last week, but now I am feeling better Nasty little virus

They sounded quite interesting but found out not for use by diabeticsAfter i got the wife one of those weighted blankets , both my daughters have requested one each for christmas.
easy enough to wrap as they come in a box , but it'll be funny watching them trying to pick them up from under the christmas tree

A date is only an expense. It's if he ever gets to first base that he should be delighted.I have a lot of 'mini-conversations' every day, with lots of people, so most are mundane... but yesterday I had the best one ever, talking to a bloke my age (50ish) He had had a good day as Wolves had won their match, but the best thing about his day was that he had had a 3rd date... and had a definate 4th date coming up this week......he was so genuinely happy, thrilled & pleased & it really made my day to see someone so happy... hope it goes well on the 4th date & he wins the lottery too.
It was just so lovely to see someone (my age) to so happy & so excited about their life.... I deal with doom, gloom & misery every day... Go that man!A date is only an expense. It's if he ever gets to first base that he should be delighted.
He said in a thoroughly PC way...
Relating this episode to someone the other day, he responded with "Ah, they gave me a lift home a while ago".I am currently subject to a rather different cultural ethos.
The chap on the left here decided to nip out for a nightcap.
He lives a few miles out of town, down some unlit lanes.
The Guards passed him and decided to give him a lift to his destination - the pub that I was in.
They delivered him to the door and made sure that he gained access to the premises.

The fact that it was well over an hour after "closing time" didn't seem to bother anybody involved.
That's exactly what our brave boys in blue do for you round here, I'm sure.Relating this episode to someone the other day, he responded with "Ah, they gave me a lift home a while ago".
They had spotted him, 'late in the evening', walking towards what he knew that they would know was his van and suggested that he might like to avail of a lift home, as they would be 'going past there anyway'.
He decided that agreeing to this was the best idea in the circumstances, but was more than slightly surprised when the passenger got out and offered him his seat.
"Give me the keys and I'll follow with the van for you"...
