Yerp that's me in the middle! Somewhat hilariously I am actually bending my knees quite a bit in that photo- I'm pretty tall and all my friends are pretty short....I didn't want to tower ovre them all!

Be nice to them, they might form a splinter group...

Keep an eye out for us in the Express & Star over the next few days, as well as an online article on Staffordshire Life! Less than a week to go now, it's dead exciting....the shop is beginning to look more and more shop like too!

Well, it all looks very good - excellent lighting, particularly.

Nice to see Becky's Drawers in person. I'm sure that Dave, the other side of the wall, will keep an eye on them for me.

Oh also, do any of you know of any picture framers that may be interested in advertising in our stall? We've had SO many people ask us if we mount pictures, it would be nice to be able to refer them to someone. A couple of the other galleries offer this service but I dunno, it'd be nicer to be able to refer someone who is not already connected to a gallery!

Only place i can think of is the Peach Gallery on Greyfriars. That being a gallery, i don't know if it's of use.

They used to - but I'm not sure they still do at Riverside (that is the same people isn't it, I'm not going mad). There's a place up by Wolsey Bridge, Forest perhaps, but I've never actually used them.

It might be worth asking in some of the various glass suppliers - they might have spotted somebody with the sort of glass requirements that a framer would have - i.e., all odd sizes of 2mm stuff....

I don't know if you would be sticking exclusively to Stafford but if not, there is a brilliant framer working from a converted garage at his home, just outside Newport. His name is Chris Leese and his telephone number is 01952 282219. He calls his business U've Bin Framed. But I can forgive him that.

Helloo everyone! We're still going, and if anything the market is having a bit of a revival of sorts, there are quite a few new stalls opening up....a record shop, shoe shop, Paramnesia has moved in as well as a couple of others, come down and have a shufty!

The D33 is still going, and recruiting for new people to join us! I'm doing a special offer, just £10 a month for the next two months - with Christmas on the way it has potential to be quite lucrative!
