gym wars luckily for me I've been a member of the community since 2009, never hidden any affiliation with anyone and followed the rules.

Gym and Tonic have a lot more cardio equipment.

I believe that statement to be incorrect. LS Fitness has 20 pieces of Cardio equipment on the main floor. On the upper floor you can make use of the studio room and upper floor balcony which houses multiple bikes which doubles that volume. They are around equal measure in terms of Cardio if you ignore the upper floor. But as you stated far better with the equipment in other areas.

In case you missed the point, this whole thread was made to advertise the opening of a new service for LS Fitness and share it with the forum members. It would be nice to not derail the thread.

I believe gym and tonic have there own thread called gym and tonic - poor show feel free to advertise or talk about gym and tonic their under your many aliases.

LS Fitness is now doing free trails for anyone interested including free classes like Zumba etc. Pop down and try the place out, its free. Find out what the place is like first hand instead of listening to me, you wont be disappointed.

Went and used the gym for the first time the other day...was pretty impressed...good equipment but no frills...how gyms are meant to be. Guy in charge seemed to know what he was on about...obviously spent plenty of time in there himself

Wanted to give a thumbs up to the gym on here, we've both started going in recent months and are enjoying the place - no pressure sales, no 'you gotta do an induction' business, good price, plenty of stuff to do and space to do it in.
