It's last value according to the Land Registry was £44,000 - I bet it's a good bit more than that with planning for 80 houses.

Got to be desperate if they're looking at that. Much of the planned development seems to be Baswich/Wildwood way. That makes Radford Bank and Baswich Lane even worse than it is already.
