But it is actually a FACT that there is a sign on the old Next store saying another unknown retailer is opening. :q:

I noticed that the other day. Blue sign with bubbles (looked like bubbles anyway) but no name.

Yep. It does have a company name "British Land" on it but it appears to be the company who part-owns the retail park.

I believe the new store opening at the Queens Retail Park is going to be a branch of HOMESENSE.

They are part of the same group as TK Maxx and sell discounted quality home furnishings.
