Good Morning all, Just a quick post in this reply to anyone from GEC Switchgear 1976-1996......I was apprentice from 1976.....worked in Stafford works (521 Shop)until I transferred to the Construction Division working from Witton Birmingham, George Shropshire, Bill Williamson, May remember my Uncles, Bill Williams(520) and Ken Downes (519 shop & Hixon) All the best to any still with us................Nick W

I live in Ireland, my father, Douglas Newton, was born and bred in Staffordshire like most of his family,
I'm currently using confinement time to try and track an uncle of his, Henry Riley, who was a shoemaker in Stafford at the start of 1900's.
Hoping that all of you are keeping well despite the big bad bug.
