County woodware was just up the road a bit to the right, much to Dave Sutherlands dismay I would think lol.
Great to hear my uncles are well remembered!County 'Woodware'! Dave used to brag that after a 'rukas' he and Ian didn't have far to walk into work.
I did say 'older' and not 'Aged' lol.age'd parent said:70's 80's? Older members! still ruddy kids them are.

Sorry to moan - I did join this group - but have now come off it - there were too many general 'non stafford' photos being added -Tinkerbell said:oooh - liked that -
Put a couple of photo's on as well .... will be raiding my old piccies x
It's not just about the town but about the people in it too. The times the photo's were taken are not up to date ones and it's memories of all sorts of folk. The photo's are either of Stafford or Stafford people.Tinkerbell said:Sorry to moan - I did join this group - but have now come off it - there were too many general 'non stafford' photos being added -Tinkerbell said:oooh - liked that -

I second that emotion.Admin said:Hi sandonia, sandonia said:got loads but not sure how to upload on to facebook
You don't need to upload them to Facebook, you can put them right here in this thread on The Forum!
I know it's unlikely, but my dream for Stafford Forum is for one day it to become the "de facto" source of information on the silly little County Town that we all know and love. For that reason, I would always encourage people to post stuff here first, and then secondary social media sites, should they want to.Withnail said:I second that emotion.Admin said:Hi sandonia, sandonia said:got loads but not sure how to upload on to facebook

It's not so obvious to me Mrs M - we'd all love to see them facebook or no.Mrs M said:I thought we could work together but obviously I was mistaken.
Mrs M, I'm not sure how you got that impression from my post! I wasn't referring to your original post at all or complaining about you pointing people towards a Facebook group - we even have our own one so it would be a bit daft of me to discourage people from using it.Mrs M said:My link was never meant to be in competition with the forum as I am a big fan of the forum and have advertised this on the facebook page I thought we could work together but obviously I was mistaken.
Not at all! Why on earth would I want to do that? The Facebook page is great.Mrs M said:I am happy for you to delete the link.
