Plenty of empty Starbucks cups overflowing from the bins in the new shopping center, looks a right mess and that's with only 2 shops open and no bridge to the car park!

Pity it has taken them 15 years since the last tenant (Top Travel) left.

£35k for the downstairs only seems a bargain to me.

PS : Unfortunately Greengate Street is such a success story the borough councils rate free offer does not apply. (The rates are only another 15k on top of the rent)

You can see in through the gap in the doors at the old M&S - it's totally empty, but all the lights are on.
