Pity it has taken them 15 years since the last tenant (Top Travel) left.

£35k for the downstairs only seems a bargain to me.

PS : Unfortunately Greengate Street is such a success story the borough councils rate free offer does not apply. (The rates are only another 15k on top of the rent)
Where will they move the display of out-of-date posters to?

According to the MIller and Sandy website they've sold the land next to the Co-op, Silkmore Lane and the former Irish Club on Marston Road.
