Guessing the lease is up and that area is pretty run down, ripe for redevelopment, these days a lot of iceland/food warehouse stores are slightly out of town (free parking etc), all it needs is home bargain to close/ relocate and things could get moving, (still a free unit on kingsmead, so perhaps there ?)

When you see the current voting intentions, you do have to wonder what else they can get away with. To still be at 23% nationally after a decade+ of corruption, incompetence and general shitheadery is a remarkable result.
