A bit blowy today but made for a pleasant walk nonetheless.
Looks a nice area.
My drones have been grounded for the last few days due to the winds but it's looking good for bank holiday
How would they know which one has hit it?
It'll be the one that gets a solicitor's letter
A shotgun could be described as a useful social distancing aid though ...
Why do I even think I want this? I've even googled the lighting kit for it and can see my own seat on the picture.
Must be lockdown monotony kicking in
Yes I can see what you mean.
Perhaps if you ordered a blue one you’d like it more.
The blue one is much smaller so only has a third of the bricks and includes 20,000 seats that you can't fill
I have been tempted. I would be disappointed if I couldn't somehow put myself on my seat though.
But you can
Try Minifigme, they can work from a photo and provide a minifig of you. They are approved by Lego. Produced a very good one of stepson a few years ago.
There are a couple of other firms around, someone I know had good results from these people -
A very mundane brighter side of lock down I have never had such beautiful finger nails!
I usually cut them super short for school (children are disgusting...)
But now I have grown them long and painted them with a clear shine!
I looks fancy!
I can sort of second that. The last ten years of my working life was in a school. You won't believe the things I dragged out of floppy disk drives !!! Was I ever glad when those things disappeared. (We started building our own computers then, much cheaper.)
Of course I hadn't anticipated that the things would move on to CDROM/DVD drives then !!!! So I resorted to an old Marine Engineer's saying: 'Bypass it or blank it off.'
Out they came and blanking plates 'glued' in. (A large rectangular hole would have been far too tempting ... )
I did similar but with my facial hair, I don't look fancy
On a brighter note today I finally beat my target of a 20 minute 5k, so rather happy with myself
I'm on week 2 of my couch to 5k and enjoying it!
Not looking forward to next week - it takes a massive jump up!
Just take your time, remember it's time spent rather than speed/distance at this point.
My partner finished on Wednesday, we then did a 15k hike to celebrate! She's still really enjoying it.
Having tried a 5 pint box of Grayling from Izaak Walton Brewhouse last week I’ve just collected 2 boxes of Goldie and 1 box of Zonker to try.
My kitchen table now looks like a mini beer festival
Let's see, a 5 pint box or a 15k hike.
(Sorry @tek-monkey , it's a one horse race ..... )
