Ive seen this on facebook - thought I would post it.

The Cupcake Queens Parlour will be opening on Saturday 14th January 10 am in Mill Street, Stafford.

Seating on two floors with childrens area upstairs, customer toilets, beautiful gifts, cushions/homeware, birthday cards, coffee, hot chocolate, latte, cappucino, expresso's, tea, cold drinks inc milkshakes and ice cream floats, home made biscuits, cake pops, slices of large cakes, cupcakes, hot waffles...

I facebooked Kelly and she said she will be Wifi - but not for the first couple of weeks because thats when the ISP can arrange it.

I met the cup cake queens sister today! She was buying mugs for the cafe from where I work, I pointed her towards stafford forum and she said that her sister knew about it (and this thread!) and was looking forward to joining (as you can imagine shes got a lot on at the mo...) she was absolutely lovely and the cafe sounds amazing, I really hope everyone continues to support them, its great to have independent traders in stafford rather than cheap naff chains x

Hmm, that's given me an idea. Get a load of cupcakes made with the new Forum logo on:

Then, once the new Forum is rolled out (a couple of weeks from now, fingers crossed) we could give them out in market square, get Stafford FM to cover it, see if the Newsletter are interested, etc. In fact, we could have a 'Cake Off', with all the different cake vendors making their own varieties!

So, how many cupcakes would we need? 100? More? Hmm. Perhaps I haven't thought this through.

i would guess 100 - altho ppl go nuts for free cake you'll have to watch out for the folks asking for multiple cupcakes too it happened loads when i opened my shop and gave away cupcakes. ive pm'd you admin x
