Could always order sans bun like I do, and ask them to miss off the halloumi?
Was just in there, they said ask for a vegan morrissey and you get it without halloumi and on a kaiser bun like the sammiches. Problem solved?

We also replace the beetroot aioli (eggs) with jalapeño jam. We make all our sauces on site, so it's guaranteed vegan. Was just in there, they said ask for a vegan morrissey and you get it without halloumi and on a kaiser bun like the sammiches. Problem solved?
They already do, they chose brioche. Not my taste but hey, ...!
...this is not the greatest outcome for me.
You're a feckin' idiot sometimes.Ummm sammiches!
Now, that i can do, the vegan Morrissey.
I still haven't eaten here because I also don't want a brioche with my burger.
It just doesn't work, the whole thing collapses.
What I don't understand is this....
Why can some restaurants go to so many lengths to appeal to different food groups... but they can't offer a different type of bread?
Just seems a bit backward really compared to America where when ordering a sandwich you get a choice of about 10 different types of bread.
I predict a riot. The burgers are so big I can't finish them with a bun, so I just go without. That said it appears a kaiser bun is available.

I think a Kaiser Bun is a sort of crusty cob?To me a burger without a bap isn't a burger. (Well actually it is, but you get my drift).
I'd rather have the bap than the chips if truth be told.
Oh, and what exactly is a kaiser bun?
This is a Kaiserin bun.
We choose the bread we think tastes best and we keep it fresh. If we had 10 different bread offerings, and with the slow levels of trade that Stafford presents us with at times, we would be throwing away bread left right and centre. Thus I would go bankrupt and the Market Vaults would now be a solicitors or another block of apartments.I still haven't eaten here because I also don't want a brioche with my burger.

Ours have seeds on too! This is a Kaiser bun....a little firmer than a brioche

We fortunately won't be changing our bun arrangement anytime soon. Our brioche is a good bun. It has flavour and substance.
Thanks for your interest in this hot topic.
Sorry I'm a little 'defensive'. I have some unattended issues that arise from running pubs for a long time...To be honest I wasn't really suggesting that you yourself offer 10 different types of bread, just a regular bread roll.(the kaiser looks as hard as rock).
I know that you won't be changing the bread, you were defensive about the brioche the last time it was discussed.
You prefer it, it's your establishment and therefore you serve whatever you want and that's fair enough.
I was just agreeing with @tek-monkey about brioche.
You're entitled to your opinion and I'm entitled to mine.
