Would have made sense for one developer to buy the whole lot, including the shell garage, and just redevelop the whole area as it’s a sizeable plot.

As it is, the building looks unappealing, and I doubt it meets any modern building standards and there doesn’t really seem to be any alternative use.

Bulldoze and start over seems to be the best way forward.


I’m glad the other office block is being turned into apartments though, takes a derelict building off the street.
