Hi all thought a quick post on here to keep you all updated with info I currently run The Red Lion having taken over two weeks ago we have re opened the kitchen now serving food 7 days a week including a "all you can eat curry night" on Fridays from 5pm... Yes it's true the pub is up for sale on Thursday and the massive auction boards out side have been pulled down "what a nasty sight" however the pub has a very very high reserve and according to someone who shall remain nameless I was informed on Monday that they are 95% sure it won't sell as the reserve is set to high so should it not sell I will post back with more info!

Not sure. The Nesbitt sold for £250,000 but I can't find any mention of the Red Lion on the auctioneer's site at the moment. The auction has finished.
