Yes! We spotted this - although it was about a year or so ago & it wasn't minus a beak (do you mean its beak is grey, rather than missing)..... it appears to be a couple with a Canada goose

I Goosled it yesterday - it appears that Albino Canada Geese have grey beaks & there seem to be lots of spotting of Albino Canada Geese in Canada....

I would have to say, after careful consideration and assessment of likely genus that it is almost certainly a squirrel of the small and furry variety. I would ask it but its easy to give squirrels a complex and I don't really want a squirrel on the lose, in my garden, with a complex.
