Either young people are easily offended or both NORWICH and EGYPT now have different acronyms.
A quick google search for either will show what they mean.
I am a prude but even by my standards the word knickers is not offensive.

A lot of young people do seem rather prudish underneath their world wise exteriors. A lot of it appears to be because they think they invented sex and us oldies aren't meant to know anything about it (how on earth do they think they got here?). You can get expressions of total horror if they realise that you know that 69 is not just the number after 68.

Good site, well placed for Snowdonia, and the Coed-Y-Brenin forest cycling centre. Decent pub within walking distance which. unfortunately, only serves pub grub at restaurant prices.
