Easy chicken biryani.....

Sort of this but with not so much faff & hated Cilantro/ corriander...

Hmmm that didn't work out as planned, a bit soggy for me, does anyone have a decent chicken biryani recipe that's easy and preferably one pot?

One burger would be enough for me.
And no cheese.

Last night was M&S curry - they have a new potato side dish which was amazing (may not be new - haven't been to the middle sized town for a few months!)

Tonight was chippy tea!

Dinner was gorgeous, the film? not so. Daughter in law pays so much per month and then can go as often as she wants. Her carer goes free, I think. Anyhows, we were all settled down, I even worked how to make the seat recline. Almost nodded off. Only person I recognised was Channing Tatum. Aparently the female lead was Selma Hayek. Didn't have a Scooby who she is.

My 'favourite family dish' Torriodor pancakes that I learnt to make in school cookery lessons......corned beef & onions fried in bit of butter , rolled up in pancakes, put into baking dish & can of tomato soup poured over. Then baked in oven. Adding mushrooms this time as well.

Also possibly the usual pancake, lemon & sugar to use up any spare batter.

Great unwashed jesus type thing from the back bedroom has just made Tuna Pasta Bake. Ready in 20 minutes. Pretend you cam't do something so simple, and they take over to show you how it's done.
I'm not daft! ;)
This was well lush. With loads left for tomorrow.
I do struggle at times what do for tea, what with both of us being fussy eaters. I know we have this quite a lot, but it's sumat we both enjoy and there's never any waste.
