Anders Panders once conned me into seeing Faithless live in Wolverhampton on the pretext that they're a really good live band, which, to be fair, I'd heard from a few people. I hate all the trancey bollocks they peddle but after giving one of their albums, on which there was a couple of reasonable tunes, a listen, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and went along to the gig.

The most painful 2 hours of my life. They basically played none of their bearable tunes and went straight for awful, even by trance standards, trance with that skinny twat talking over it.

And people actually seemed to be enjoying it.
