Nobody retires any more - they just threaten to quit until somebody offers them enough money to make a 'comeback'.noir2985 said:Just noticed this. I thought he retired?jimbob23 said:I'm just feeling the new Jay-Z album, especially 'Oh My God'. farking choooooooon!

You should probably be able to download it somewhere but there she is on good old Top of the Pops!
Checked my diary entry for Sept' 1985 (release date,Bodyrock) . . .Went rollerskating on Thorneyfields Lane, saw Louise at the pond and she was wearing a horrible jumper, bet her mum knit it for her. K bought me some hubba bubba.MISS T said:Ah, thank you. Just lovin' this tune at the moment.noir2985 said:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wqzT0zVDNYMISS T said:Maria Vidal, Body Rock

Got to concede that one.Miss T said:(Strawberry flavoured Hubba Bubba, Foofighter you have get on board with that 80s gem)
lol i think you should serialise your diary and publish it on the forum.. you could synchronise the dates, for added authenticity, so we would all feel like we had been transported back to the eighties, if only for a moment..MISS T said:Checked my diary entry for Sept' 1985 (release date,Bodyrock) . . .Went rollerskating on Thorneyfields Lane, saw Louise at the pond and she was wearing a horrible jumper, bet her mum knit it for her. I don't normally quote myself.MISS T said:I'm liking the new Take That record 'Shine'.
they were on moyles t'other morning, and he commented that it reminded him of the theme tune from "The Fall Guy".. i've been humming it ever since lol..rich upsetter said:hands up if you like that new take that tune?
I still don't understand their appeal. They've been around for ages and all of a sudden the NME and their ilk catch onto the last record and boom they're the next big thing. It's not my cup of tea tbh, comes across as whiney indie rock to me. They try and go for the big sound but it just sounds really contrived.rich upsetter said:also well into the new arcade fire tune, sounds a bit 50s rockabilly but with a noughties twist.
their last album was the next shiznit.
what's this? who performed it?Sofa said:Did anyone hear the Stafford Anthem being played in Joxers and the Grapes last night? It was an amazing performance of an amazing song?!
