Mr Tinkerbell always complains when making the sandwiches for me, himself and the kids, which we take to work and kids to school for dinner the next day. He says that usually the women of the house make them :teef: - to which I replied it's not the 1800's, I work full time and I take my turn. :slayer:

Cheers!

We dont make sandwiches for lunch now as son at Uni and other half eats from the canteen at work BUT...when we did do sandwicheds I always made them.

We have never taken it in turns..even now I do all the cooking, always have.

Not that I think its right to do so...I have just given up trying to get him to cook.

I mostly make them , but then he adds his own bits and bobs to them "to make them nicer " . Did have a spell of him making his own after the one time he said he'd do it that time as he knew the way he liked them  That soon wore off.

I do all the cooking in our house, youngest hasn't got a clue where start, and I'm too short on temper these days show him. It also means I used whatever things are needed, not empty every drawer and cupboard, therefore causing loads n loads of washing up.

Here here! I work full time cook make sandwiches and clean house too and have also given up trying to get hubby to cook, there are a lot of households I know of, where women get to do the lions share when both people are working full time, I only know of people who's hubby's do their part if they are a house husband or have taken early retirement! I think I'd either come back as a man or a cat based on the males in my household !

On the days they're needed I do mine in the morning before leaving for work. Do most of the cooking at home too, I find it very relaxing. Me, Planet Rock, wine/beer and the cooker. Works for us.
