I am an impartial third party that happens to know the law, actually live in the area, and do not like being called a French C@nt! Check the tribunal de Coutances for the correct story, I have reported these hate comments, a joke to some is racism to most. If you are happy to allow open racism, you should be a nation ashamed

I am also an impartial third party that would like to add a caveat to what @Withnail has previously said in this thread.

For legal reasons, i am informed that @Withnail would like to expand upon his assertion that the French are, "on the whole, a bunch of c@nts" to include the caveat that they are also, on the whole, an incorrigible cohort of humourless arseholes.

I await legal proceedings in a narrow wooded area just outside the small village of Agincourt with my legal team of 9,000 archers.

    How're things anyway Nick?

    French life treating you well?

Is racism ever funny or acceptable, All Germans are Nazis? All French are Rude? If this is acceptable humour in your country I am glad for your brexit. Racism is totally unacceptable in any form, one persons humour is another persons hate. Admin I would suggest this is unacceptable in any form, there is no line, no humour, no place in society for Racism.
All Official French registered tradespeople are Artisans, you require real qualifications, apprenticeship and skills. English people can have businesses in France but only if they have the correct qualifications, and demonstrated apprenticeship, which is up to 15 years. Your comments on French people, French businesses and French regulations are all not correct. I suggest you take a deep look at your heart and life, shame on you

I am not aware of your reference to Agincourt, a battle between two armies led by French Men, Normans and Française, archers were Welsh mercenaries, your King was a French speaking Aquitaine, ignorance and racism, very funny for you.
I happen to know the person you refer to, I can assure you your statements are not good. I suggest you get your facts correct, and behave like a adult.

I'm sorry but which country are we talking about here?

    Because it certainly isn't France!*

    * Apologies to anyone I've offended by starting a sentence with because.

Henry of Monmouth was a French speaking Aquitaine, you say? Was this the same Henry that was born in Monmouth, hence the moniker, and didn't visit Aquitaine in his lifetime and made English the language of record for the first time in English history?

For one so unaware you appear to have at least a rudimentary, albeit ignorant, understanding.

Back when i had my eccentric Linguistics lecturer, i also had a French girlfriend called Delphine - the Entente was very Cordiale. She looked like a lion. I would often say to her that she looked like a lion. She never liked me saying it, but i often found myself saying it, even though i was trying to stop myself doing so because i knew she didn't like it. We went to Tintagel together in what should have been a 'reading week'. She was not particularly impressed with it, but i thought it was pretty awesome.

TBF she really did look like a lion.

I happen to suspect that you are the person you pretend not to be.

I can assure you i couldn't give a shit what you think about me, my statements or my facts.

I'm a bit concerned that you might be right about me not behaving like an adult, but that's quite a long-standing thing to which you are only providing confirmation.

I too would rather go to Tintagel than Reading.

There used to be a very good youth hostel there.

You see, that's exactly the kind of thing he would have loved.

I'm sure there is an Alt code crib sheet for phonetics (the kind of IPA that wouldn't make basil go phwoar for) somewhere, but it is late and i must go to bed.

Reeding/Redding - there will always be a certain amount of ambiguity trying to tie down verbal to scriptural.

Actually, our 'genuine' Norman might find a trip to Reading quite interesting. Upstairs at the Reading Town Hall Gallery there is a scale replica of the Bayeux Tapestry - stitched, incidentally, by broderers from Leek - which is well worth a visit.

I'm not quite sure how i found myself there, but it was probably when i got a few weeks work driving a sales rep who'd lost his licence around. It was during this particular sojourn that i had to navigate the Magic Roundabout. It was also when i discovered the obscurely rich art heritage of Walsall. Before they built a more accommodating berth for it.

A whole week in Reading, if enforced as some sort of requirement, might reasonably be characterised as 'cruel and unusual' punishment.

On what planet or TV show are you from? I am sure if any of your comments were true, they would stamd up in France in court. You are still members of the EU, Police still work together across borders

The business you refer to at the chambre de metiers is for a school teacher and catering instructor? What right do you have to quote innocent third parties names?
Personally i am looking forward to the court summons of an emerging UK actor and his so called model partner at the tribunal de justice in Coutances in May. T’he business you all seem so preoccupied with has been closed for more than a year, and your rscial slurs show exactly why we will be glad to see the back of you in Europe.

Further to all the previous emails concerning a certain gentleman now located in Normandy. I understand that he has recently (April 2019) liquidated his company, SARL CHAUFFAGE NATURELLEMENT.

Whether this apparently has anything to do with him owing a number of people or organisations money would be pure speculation. Whether, also apparently, this has anything to do with him taking someone to court over an unpaid bill and only succeeding in being paid a fraction of the outstanding bill would also be pure speculation.

More details to follow......as and when they emerge.

My grade F O Level of 1972 would seem to suggest this agrees with that - subject to competent confirmation.
