No it doesn't, not according to the latest news from the 'Simons Group at Stafford' fb page - The July / August Newsletter says:

"Latest News: The old Chicago Rock site on Bridge street has now been demolished and the developers are currently trying to secure a seal to build a five screen cinema"

This area of Stafford could become the pits of the town, each time I go past the site, I'm breathless at the thought of how bad this could end up looking.
A huge wall of metal sheeting, it looks like a modern prison building at the moment.

If this is development/progress then i int a fan.

I feel sorry for the town.
