And which one of Aldi's finest do you recommend?
Yes, interested in this answer...the carer has become somewhat obsessed with Aldi during the time I've been off work....I don't drink wine, so have no idea what is nice or isn't..... everyone at work rates 19 crimes?

It's ok as a daily plonk, though to be fair Co-op South African red at £4.75 is much nicer.
I've been given a bottle of this

King Cobra 5.2% Beer 6 x 750ml

While the ordinary Cobra lager is brewed in Burton by Molson-Coors, King Cobra is brewed in Belgium at Rodenbach, and as far as I know is the only bottle conditioned Pilsner style lager. So @Mudgie real live beer for you.

Yes, bottle conditioned though I thought brewed in Holland.

Spaghetti Bolognese. Reduced price mince, Spiral pasta shapes and Onion and garlic sauce from Mr Sainsburys, contains an extra dollop or half a jar of garlic puree. And for the first time in a couple of years, the great unwashed and myself could actually taste the garlic.
He's offski tomorrow with the other half of his DNA, so it'll probably be toast for me.
Thursday is a Bernard Matthews Turkey roast, Sainsburys ready roasties, yorkies and for me green beans and Aunty Bessies swede and carrot mash. Topped off with Sainsburys vegetarian gravy. All with a good spoonfull of mint sauce.
