This went well today.
It was lovely to see so many people pop in, not only from the local villages but from further afield.
We raised a total of £682, not bad for a few hours work.
I just noticed your post Carole, as I am helping to run a similar event at my local Church (so if you have any tips feel free to message me!) Seriously, we could only dream of making that much so congratulations, your efforts were definately worthwhile it sounded a big success.

You can really only tell a good bap once you have grabbed it and sunk your teeth into it.Thank you.
It’s nice to be appreciated, although it’s hard to please everyone.
I did tell the gentleman who complained about my baps being “too old and crusty” not to bother coming again.
Enough already. You can really only tell a good bap once you have grabbed it and sunk your teeth into it.
Bit bloody late for that...Enough already.
The vicaress might be reading this and I totally, absolutely, don’t want my reputation to be besmirched.
Bit late for that...
I'm too far away to attend, but if you have Hans-Ulrich Rudel's Stuka Pilot, then save it for me...
