Business card machines?

Mr X

Well-Known Forumite
They offer a premium service, along the lines of Amazon Prime with a monthly cost (x number of months free to begin) - could this be what people are signing up for without realising?

Ahhhh, highly likely Mr X. Thinking about it that option was given to me AND pre-ticked... I had to untick it.

Just looked further into this, and I paid my £3.70 postage by PayPal anyway. Far safer! I always use the PayPal option if sites have it. Firstly it's more secure as the company I'm dealing with don't get my card details, and secondly it's also quicker and saves the need to enter card information all of the time.

Personally I have no idea how vista-print can produce business cards at that sort of price! Us local printers cannot hope to compete on that sort of basis.

However if you would rather talk to a face than a computer then the local guys such as Counter Print or Mr Print It are the ones to go to.

They probably make a loss in honesty after the postage and packaging costs. However, their "free" business cards have the message "Business cards are FREE at Vista Print" on the reverse - this is a very good method of advertising at minimal cost.

If a local printer could offer me an extremely cheap deal in return for their basic information on the reverse side, I would gladly go for it.

Extremely small scale sole traders like I can't afford to pay massive figures on printing, but we can be an advertising source for better paid work ;)

Absolutely... I will do. May I ask publicly which printers you are? (Another chance to advertise right here) ;)

I'm Counter Print, we've been in Browning Street for over 7 years, although before that we were in Tipping Street for 23 years... Blimey, 30 years!!! When do I get my long service award?
