These do require a power supply for the charging facility, but Husqvarna do a solar powered one. It occurs to me that they could be programmed with their 'home' location and could then realise if they had been stolen. Being solar powered, they could then escape and make their way home, using a sat-nav type device..

It does claim to have an 'anti-theft alarm', but is not forthcoming with any details of how that might function.

Well the anti-theft system evidently works, this mover didn't quite manage to escape under its own power bit manged to accomplished the same thing.
