The big question is will this mean another set of traffic lights down Lichfield road? I can see there's two entrances to this site, the other via Ranshaw Drive.

I imagine the site will be like many modern estates, a sort of maze. The Belfort Way estate is bad enough for that.

I doubt it as all traffic for the site (with the exception of emergency vehicles) will be on ranshaw drive and not Lichfield road

Yes. And like so many, you'll get to the end of a road and be able to see a road in the next area, that you can't get to! An increasing occurrence over the years. Seemingly to stop through traffic, where in fact it probably increases driving time and pushes up emissions. Ironic, really.

With fill-in development like this there's never going to be great access.

I mean they could list the address as Ranshaw Drive where the entrance will be but no, well be vague with Lichfield Road so you don't realise the shit show that access will be..... Even with the what 3 words link where they could point to anywhere they just throw it in the middle of the estate..... Clowns....
