Examples of poor driving you have witnessed!

The timings are such that these people are unlikely to be able to get across before the green man disappears.

Seriously - the lights are on red for traffic for WAY too long in Stafford to allow pedestrians to cross. If they can't cross the road in the 20-30 seconds the lights allow for, then maybe they should stay indoors. Once the green man disappears, the sensors detect that someone is still crossing and won't change back to green until they have crossed, or if they are way too slow. And also, above, someone has said that pedestrians have to wait at lights for ages. The things is, they cross on a red man having refused to wait for so long. Then the lights change to red for no reason. Most Puffin lights have sensors to cancel the green man if the person crosses before the green man. However, none of the Puffin lights in Stafford have this, it if they do, it doesn't work - making them practically useless.

Damn right. In fact all pedestrians should feck off out of the way of cars. We pay our taxes you know!!!

As I explained to the little old lady as I scraped her off the bonnet of my car. Selfish bitch, I'll have to get it washed now...

I just wish that they would stay on the pavement, keep hold of their kids instead of letting them waddle behind like tiny chicks & above all.....look before they cross the road!

Seriously, does no-one know the green cross code anymore?'

No, they shouldn't do, but they should get a move on - as I said, everyone should be able to cross the road in the ample time allowed at the crossings in Stafford. There is no excuse. It's if they cross on the red man when there is potential consequences, as proactive has already experienced. This shows complete ignorance of the Highway Code by pedestrians.

They don't have to. Don't you know that to be a driver on todays roads you are the spawn of Satan and a threat to all civilisation? They may saunter into traffic safe in the knowledge that the driver will get the blame not matter what.

Pedestrians are prey as far as I'm concerned. But I do draw the line at reversing back over them.

I think you'll find that wouldn't stand up in a court of law ... Excuse me your honour she wasn't quick enough crossing the road so she had to have it....hmmm :q:

Black/dark Blue BMW reg No T 910 RMA. Tore past me this morning by New Look, on my way home from work.
Revved the arse out of his car, seemed to be in a bit of a hurry. Caught up with him by the station, I was going pick up a parcel.
He went over the bump by the pedestrian crossing, revved again and back end went all over the place. Knob was stuck behind a bus and didn't look happy. Eventually he went into Tescos. All that noise and kerfuffle for that.

Maybe Tesco have a sale on or something?

2p off a can of baked beans would easily justify that kind of driving...

He shot past me by New Look, revving the nuts off the thing, flew past Sainsburys before the lights went to red. I just knew I'd catch up with him.
