At least the undertakers were focusing on her driving.........
The young blond bimbo sitting in the middle lane doing 60 on a near empty M6 just north of Stafford recently, TEXTING, whils't I, and everyone else on the inside lane undertook her, and everyone in the outside lane overtook her was some mighty fine driving I have to say. I know, undertaking is wrong, and two wrongs don't make a right, but going slowly in the middle lane whilst texting.............! At least the under-takers were focusing on their driving.........
I undertake a lot tbh, too many people going far too slow in Lane 3, no amount of beeping and flashing moves them so I just undertake usually with the middle finger extended as I pass. Some of us have a life to get to and when they're clearly in no mood to shift left I see no issue with undertaking.
Last nights taxi driver from the rank outside Casa scared the shite out of me with his driving. Didn't think we were going to make it back to Wildwood in one piece.
I'm very much aware of what is going on around me all the time when I am driving. Unlike those who sit in Lane 3 bimbling along unaware of the two clear lanes to their left or the queue of traffic in the lane behind them. I've even learnt where the stalk which controls the lights is by touch so I don't even have to look down - the same for the horn, and surprisingly, all of my fingers.
Nobody - you included - with that mindset behind the wheel is a safe driver.Incorrect, it means I get to where I'm going quicker than simply sitting behind them waiting for them to move. Life's too short to be stuck behind cretins who cannot comprehend what is in fact an extremely simple concept. As I said, I am perfectly aware of what is going on around me and perform the maneuver in a safe way.
Anyone who treats every other motorist as someone not to be trusted and therefore makes an effort to be aware of exactly what is going on around them at all times is in the wrong mindset to be a safe driver? What farking planet do you live on?
Funnily enough that is exactly how I was taught to ride a motorbike, assume everyone is trying to kill you and stay one step ahead.
You have admitted aggression and bullying behind the wheel. That, regardless of anything else, makes you a less safe driver than you like to think you are. While you are getting angry/annoyed at others your concentration is diverted despite what you claim.Anyone who treats every other motorist as someone not to be trusted and therefore makes an effort to be aware of exactly what is going on around them at all times is in the wrong mindset to be a safe driver?
