Examples of poor driving you have witnessed!

So there I am driving back from yesterday evening's American Football game at Wembley; it's approaching half-past-midnight and it's been a pretty good trip - the motorways have been OK, and not much traffic.

So I turn right at the Rising Brook lights onto Rickerscote Road, heading for Baswich, drive over the railway bridge and see a car's headlights ahead of me, strangely on my side of the road, which caused me to take my foot off the gas. I then see this car continue towards me at speed, passing me on my right ..... followed a few seconds later by a police car in hot pursuit. The driver had obviously cut across the Silkmore Lane Fish Bar roundabout, meaning that had I been nearer to roundabout, I'd have probably been involved in a head-on and you'd have been watching it on the local news this morning. It fair scared the bejasus out of us, I can tell you.

Anyone else watch "Collision" last week?

It's actually only a two wheel drive!
:D

Didn't have much choice but to go over the hatchings. If my wife hadn't got to get out the passenger side I could have maybe got it between the lines!

Didnt't you know that being an Audi driver it is his road!! and all must get out of his way, what a prat!!
Bet he was driving one of the special edition audis as well , you know the ones that were built with no indicators.
Only one thing worse than an Audi driver and that is a twenty something female Audi TT driver. My clear prejudice to Audi drivers is born out of experience, it is usually an Audi driver that exhibits rude or violent driving behaviour. But why????

Certainly is, doesnt that actually make it worse? and cause a bit of anger lol. I notice theres quite a few who wont let the traffic feed through!
If stuck in a queue then whats the problem in waiting half a second more?
I am always amused by the childish behaviour of drivers who refuse to let cars pass or to filter in, what are they taking from you? If we are friendly and allow traffic to filter we have less traffic jams! I have seen this work in several countries, it doesn't move fast but it just keeps flowing. Whereas poor old Stafford gets blocked up.
A classic example is the right filter off Gaol sq roundabout onto Chell road, the righthand filter is there to allow more traffic to exit the junction faster, but people are afraid to use it because the child drivers defend their space. so we all sit in a queue of single lane traffic and block the junction ..... It seems so blatantly stupid!

No, I think I like this parking, it is time we challenge the idiots who made parking spaces too small.
We had a big multi-storey car park with huge spaces, they closed it and knocked it down, it's gonna be replaced by a new with nice new small spaces. We are so lucky.

Dublin, this morning - if you're going to run a red light and then turn right where it's prohibited, then it's probably best not to do it by passing a marked squad car with the video running....

I agree with larger spaces, they are definitely needed but the old Tesco multi-storey didn't have large spaces.

I was travelling to work in the Audi this morning, and, as usual, beaconside was at walking pace. I gestured to a lady in a ford galaxy waiting to turn onto beaconside from the sandon road (from sandon, not from stafford), who promptly pulled out with not so much as an acknowledgement.

Perhaps she was so taken aback that she was let out by an audi driver she took leave of her senses.
