It's solely thanks to your kind donations and the regular support of our amazing sponsors that today we've broken the £5000 annual income barrier that will allow us to become a registered charity.
We're not sure what to do with this information yet, or whether to be elated or terrified, but all the same, we could never have reached this point and grown so quickly without all of you.

If you'd like to join in we ask just the sacrifice of the cost of a take-away each month. You don't need to be a business, we welcome regular sponsorship from any source. In return we'll send you accounts updates so you can visualise who we're helping and how we're spending your pledge.

Big thanks to our sponsors who've enabled us to spend over £400 this year on SSD hard drives to give antique equipment a new lease of life and turn e-waste into 40 opportunities.
An SSD upgrade is one of the easiest ways we can modernise antique devices, but the costs can rack up, and on occasion we're still having to re-use what's there, the old clunky mechanical drives.
If you can help we'd love to be able to upgrade EVERY device we rehome with an SSD, we welcome your sponsorships or even a collaboration with a business that supplies SSD's and who might like to bung us a few every so often, you know, for free.

We've helped 28 young people propel their digital skills and get online at home through referral from our friends at Velocity Academy.
Oh, and we've another 10 life changing laptops currently undergoing preparation to create opportunities for 10 more students yet.

When we heard that the volunteer-run "Our Staffordshire News" might have to cease publication because of the failure of their trusty old macbook, we leapt in to action, providing them with a free refurbished replacement so their great work can continue.

Just a tiny recent selection of the replacement laptop batteries your kind donations have allowed us to buy this past year.
Battery failure is the most common fault we see, and in some cases leaving a dead battery fitted will prevent a laptop from turning on at all.
It's purely with your help that we're able to restore dead laptops to factory fresh condition so they can be safe and reliable for years to come.

Day jobs are no obstacle for our volunteer tech team, there's always weekends!
Today we're handing over a dozen laptops and PC's to Newchapel Scouts.
This will help heaps of young people between 4-18 achieve awards such as their "Digital Citizen" badge.
