Free public internet access now on hand using equipment that you lovely people donated, and with thanks to our new friends at The Coffee Bar & Kitchen, Mill Street, Stafford, for giving up a corner.

* Zero to landfill *
Although we have no formal independent certification, as this would involve huge costs, we run our project with a "zero to landfill" policy.
We always try to repair and rehome as much as we can, but inevitably there will be items which are too far gone.
Anything we really can't use is collected by our partner charity eee4Disadvantaged where it's turned into work skills and employment opportunities.
We're registered with the Environment Agency as a charitable lower tier waste carrier, broker and dealer.

We're struggling to actually contain the excitement, and none of what we do is possible without you all, so here's a glimpse in to our very near future for you lovely people.
It's thanks to your kind financial support that we're about to take another huge step and expand on not only our storage space but also create our first ever (small) communal work space.
Finally there might just be a way to get our dining room tables back!
See past the shoddy electrics and wonky floor, we'll soon be putting our own stamp on this.

Work has started on "the office".
We've replaced all the mains sockets, installed the foundations for a security system, and lashed up some temporary power and light.

We now have proper lights, sanding has begun in anticipation of the first coat of paint, and we've started test fitting some racking.
We'll be partitioning the rear 2/3 of the room for storage and the nearest 1/3 for work space.

They either used the equipment themselves, or passed it on to an individual or family they'd identified as living in digital poverty.
