Labour need a plan to halt this, or be accused of maintaining status quo.
Shouldn't we welcome the drop in house prices as that might give more youngsters a chance of buying a house just as many of us did forty or so years ago ?

No, sorry was walking the dogs so a shorter reply than probably needed, but I was agreeing with you. My house could double in value or it could halve, wouldn't really matter short term. Its when forced to sell, or the value has dropped so far you're in negative equity at remortgage time, that you have issues.I didn't suggest otherwise.
