Oh, I'm not defending them, by any means. It just occurred to me that 'we' know it is, but, if you can sneak in when the Market Street bollards are down, as they often seem to be, although the sign is still there, obviously, then you have little to go on in terms of determining the 'right' exit route.

They are trying to remove cement spills. According to a comment on Facebook, the cement is coming off the slabs but they are having to manually scrub them.

I'm sure shoppers visiting the half dead high street appreciate the new slabs. I'm sure the residents of Sandon Road think it was a better choice than solving their flooding issues.
