I didn't feel either of mine either , they both just ached a bit the next day .On Friday, I made a Lidl trip, this involved going past the second nearest acceptable pub, where there was a clock that I was asked to look at. That was a little too big to bring back on the bike, so I called in to pick it up in the car.
This involved interacting with the licensee's wife, the local Practice Nurse - "Who's doing boosters now?" - "I am, call in on Monday, I'll be there all day."
This would please the woman nextdoor, whose phone I use to receive the reminder texts...
I've just strolled down to the Health Centre and was back out in under two minutes - stabbed and recorded.
Also, I was stabbed in the right arm - first time I've had an upper arm jab on that side since 1968, when I had a whole trayful of needles applied to both sides. It will be interesting to see what site reaction I get, if any. And the actual stabbing was the least noticeable I've ever had (so far), I genuinely thought she was still clearing the target zone when it was all over.
Such a civilised process...
Didn't take your advice and no regrets. But pointless spending loads on tickets and not using them?Yes, I wouldn't bother returning to the snooker.
Try a B12* injection, it's the worst I've ever had, I have it every 3 months....there no way I would have this if I didn't need it**.I didn't feel my booster either, certainly compared to my flu jab. I've been reliably informed it's a much thinner needle.
It's all a bit sketchy with regards to vaccines in the 60s...I had a load of jabs in 1968, not really sure what they all were, to be honest - but I do remember one looking like a fire extinguisher with a knitting needle on it - it may have been Yellow Fever.
I've got a record card of my regular tetanus Injections from birth , including the booster the time in the old SGI with my knee going green (fell over a curb that wasn't there in the middle of the road after a night out in West Brom...)
I had a tetanus booster in the early 2000s, probably because the doctor was a bit foreign.I've got a record card of my regular tetanus Injections from birth , including the booster the time in the old SGI with my knee going green (fell over a curb that wasn't there in the middle of the road after a night out in West Brom...)
Then suddenly routine boosters weren't required , and told as long as you have had the childhood oneself no more are required.. Dont quite trust that .
which might mean "Please dial 11"Had an automated phone call today to remind me of a hospital clinic appointment in two weeks. Ended up "Please press 1 to confirm you have pressed 1"
My daughter has this, and my life does she complain about itTry a B12* injection, it's the worst I've ever had, I have it every 3 months....there no way I would have this if I didn't need it**.
*Apparently it's the viscosity
**I don't absorb tablets
Just had a bit of good news at last. All it was this time was the condensing pipe wasn't screwed back on tight enough when gas bloke fitted the condensor part last time. So just tightened it tonight....job done ! (fingers crossed for him no more bloody parts go wrong on it now..)Does he want a heat pump? There may be help, but if wanted to stay with gas only if its a not condensing one currently.
Told the same thing, I'd had so many booster tetanus jabs that I didn't need any more. Cost cutting? Then suddenly routine boosters weren't required ,
(From a distance ) xxI'm annoyed at the whole shitting world at the moment....someone change my mind.....

As long as that is the only alternative road to get to the business premises, then that will be absolutely fine. Plod will be aware and so will the buses. Just do as the chap says and proceed with caution.Well , there's always something to make things not go smoothly when I'm involved ! Told son I'd get his MOT & service as a birthday present. Booked it in for tomorrow , made all plans for me transporting him back and forth to garage........bloody road closed completely to get to it as being excavated for emergency cable repairs. Just been instructed by garage an altenative route to get to them, wrong way down a one way street , keeping in the bus lane with our hazards on........
