40 bottles of beer warming nicely in my computer room, ready in 2 weeks
time, but I only have 2 pints of the last brew left, I really should organise it better. :( :pint:

It needs a bit of welding doing, which is going be done tmrw. New offside seat belt - that one's a bit frayed, the abs light int coming on, and a headlight bulb, cos the ones on it are 2 different colours. Not much really.

I've had a very mundane day. Had two landlords gas checks to do the other side of Stoke, one at 8.30 the other at 4. Didn't think it was worth driving back in between but regretting it now.

I was hoping to go to Vandemon in crew in between to look at and hopefully buy some rear seats for my van. But the person who I spoke to on the phone said I couldn't do that. Apparently your not allowed to see what your buying before you have placed an order. I think because their packed ready to ship. So for the hassle of unwrapping a bit of bubble wrap the numpty on the phone has missed out on a £450 sale. I can't believe the owner would approve.

Rant over. A bit twitchy from all the coffee I've drank trying to waste time.

Car failed its MOT :(:(:(:( . So I won't be dragging @proactive dogging up the chase just yet.

That sucks....I hope its not a major expense to fix?

Mine however passed its MOT with great surprise, so the money I set aside has been re-invested into a booking with Heather at Inkpot Galleria this coming Saturday.

It's about £300 duck. Welding etc. My sisters fella says I should scrap the car and get another. Why? I love my little Puma, and, if I was to get another set of wheels, whos to say it won't need work doing to it?
It's money I could've been spending with Heather myself. She did my last tattoo, already got the next one drawn and ready go.

Something seriously co-incidental happened this morning. My OH and myself are in a play this week, he plays a bungling burglar. We spent yesterday rehearsing and were totally shattered when we fell into bed with the play very much on our minds. I got up this morning to find a notice card from the police pushed through the letterbox informing us of a burglary in the street during the night. As far as I know hubby wasn't sleep walking lol.
On a more serious note, I'm kind of glad we always have someone in the house these days and the dog sleeping in the living room.

Traveling between hospitals, Birmingham then London. Stopped off at the nicest, quirkiest B and B (more like a hotel) ive ever stayed in. Spent far too long in the copper role top bath before wandering across the little courtyard for a meal where the majority of the meat and vegetables are produced on the working farm. If ever you find yourself looking for somewhere just outside of London then highly recommend :-

Makes coming to London for a hospital appointment almost pleasurable!

Ouch!
If the welding is more than the car's worth then time to scrap. Rust and welding especially in Fords is horrendous, you'll be forever welding new panels once it's set in.

Car's about £500. The welding is going be £150. It's an old S reg. All I could afford at the time. Hopefully, I'll be able get something a bit newer when this 1 eventually goes to the scrappys. I've already spent more on it than I payed for it. New fuel pump, rocker cover, petrol tank, sump plug, along with a couple of other things.
It's worth diddlysquat to anyone else but me.

Today's fun and mundane fact....

I opened a door......I walked through and it magically closed itself with a thunderous WHAAAAM!......this will no doubt occure many times through out the day much to the annoyance of my boss who's office is right next door to said door.
