We've got someone's fighter jets narrowly missing the top of our hotel on their (I assume practice..) manoeuvres each morning .Rather scary, especially being on a high floor !

I've just been blocked in on my drive for an hour and a half. The blackbirds decided to bring their kids out for a picnic right in the middle.
Eventually, the rain (or something on the telly) drove them back in, so I sneaked out. When I got back, the rain has eased off and they had moved onto the dry bit, where I (normally) park.
At least they aren't banging on the windows all day.

As it happens we're leaving sunny Spain tomorrow.
@peggy I know that you are flying over soon... the weather is glorious. I'm sitting on the balcony now at nearly midnight in just a t shirt and shorts.

For the record... we've got really good friends in Bednall who are looking after our house and cat while we are in Spain.
Now as a coincidence.. The older couple in the above photo are our friends Mum and Dad who happen to have an apartment near to ours here in Spain and who we have been bumping into all week.
So we've decided that we love our friends Mum and Dad and have spent so much time with them this week.... we might not give them back.

I will give each plane a wave , we love watching them taking off over the sea .
Will watch out for film crews setting up again then .Must have quite a few stars/ VIPs in our (posh
) hotel at the moment, judging by the security outside these last few days. Probably sitting next to someone really famous without knowing it, I'm not up on my pop and film stars.

Going to have to get ready with my video running tomorrow morning, to catch the fighter jet that zooms over the hotel in a split second ,within a few feet , at the same time each day . By the time I've heard it approaching and grabbed my phone its come and gone . Curious to find out what or whose it is..
