Cameron is certainly having a difficult time. I suspect a lot of so called friends are distancing themselves on the chance he has to go.

If News International stop paying Glen M's expenses and legal fees I guess he will open up. Or is he waiting to sell to the Mirror or Guardian.
The Sun hacked phones as did the Daily Mail so expect this to come out shortly

Anyone else? I can't imagine it's even limited there in all honesty, it appears to remarkably easy to obtain access to such technology providing you have a supply of well stuffed envelopes on hand.

Glen Mulcaire has "no comment at this time, though this may change"...
And what football team did he play for and as a footballer what was he famous for?

He played for AFC Wimbledon, but I didn't follow his career too closely..

Wake him up with an iron on his chest ;)

EDIT: This is better than any other reality TV thingy I've seen, will it get its own series on Fox?
There is no point putting any series on fox lol it'll be cancelled as soon as it gets a good viewer base.

Crikey, this story is a gift that keeps on giving.

Now allegations that lawyers representing 'hacking' victims, including the chap that represented the Dowler family, were hacked and placed under surveillance, solely for the purpose of intimidation.

No high tech involved. If you know someone's mobile number and which service provider they're with, as long as they've not changed the factory set security code (and who does?) it's a relatively easy process. Alledgedly.

The Report, on Radio 4 last night, had some interesting stuff on phone hacking.

He played for AFC Wimbledon, but I didn't follow his career too closely..
And why was he famous as an AFC player?
Well, he didn't play for them very often, but he did score their first goal and, maybe, his yellow card was their first, as well - if that makes you famous..

Of course the longer this drags on the less it becomes about phone hacking and the more it becomes about conspiring to pervert the course of justice and the world of extremely corrupt and criminal practices carried out by big business

That bet on Clegg as PM now looks less of a joke as each day goes by

The Evening Standard reports that Lord Justice Leveson, the judge who will lead the inquiry into the phone-hacking scandal, has links to the Murdoch family:

Lord Justice Leveson has attended two evening events at the London home of PR boss Matthew Freud - who is married to Rupert Murdoch's daughter Elisabeth - as well as having another dinner with him. The revelations raised questions over why the judge had been chosen to carry out the landmark inquiry into the media, police and politicians.
