I hope its all his media outlets, not just one paper.
Don't look too kindly on these 'boycotts' - they're businesses as well. It's largely posturing, I suspect, but it will give them some, short-term, difficulties...

when i first heard about this this morning i actually couldn't believe the depths that some journalists appear to be willing to stoop to. This genuinely made my stomach turn a little as it's just such an emotive crime where you really do feel for the family. I'm not sure how much all of this coming out in the wash will actually help the family, but it's in the public's interest to know about this

you may also be interested to note that on his twitter feed robert peston (business editor for the bbc) has said that senior exec's at news corp (the company owned by murdoch that the news of the world falls under) are actually a bit scared as to worse revelations coming out. i can't actually comprehend what these could be

Whilst Murdoch and Cameron were fingering each others arseholes it is said that Murdoch's News of the World hacked in the phone of then missing Milly Dowler and deleted messages, thus allowing more messages to be left and giving hope to her parents that she was still alive

Horrendous

the tabloid press were not printing the story on their front page. The Guardian and the Telegraph did so.
I was looking at the tabloid front pages on the news stand this morning to see who did and, more importantly, who didn't run with it. The silence was truly deafening - i suspect an awful lot of shit is about to filter through to us via the fan.

He owns everything! How did he get past the monopolies commision? Sadly looking at the list of stuff he owns it's going to be pretty nigh on impossible to boycot all of his stuff. Most of my favourite authors are published by his frikkin publishers it seems.

These people who did this or allowed this to be done are scum and i hope they rot in whatever unpleasant afterlife they believe in.

1, he owns the person that owns the Monopolies Commission.

2, only buy your favourite authors' books from charity shops - and let them know that you're doing it - and why.

3, they won't be available to rot in any afterlife, according to current scientific opinion. It would be better for you to take action against them in this life, I feel.

So basically we have to stop watching TV?

I think calling for resignations would have a greater impact.
