I've not been in since it changed hands/names but have had 2 deliveries...bloody brilliant. Very tasty, no scrimping on the extras and speedy delivery. Not sure I'm bothered to give anywhere else a try now!

Ow 50% off no longer on - they have 2 for 1 on mains if you dine in.
But the free starter on takeaways no longer running - just the 10% on collection!

special offers can't last forever - otherwise they wouldn't be special! we don't want narvana becoming the DFS of the curry world, do we? ;)

seriously though, i'd much rather pay full price (which is still very reasonable, easily on par with all the other places in town) for such a great restaurant than have them permanently giving out offers and end up going tits-up..

i hear if you mention that you found them via stafford forum that they're particularly friendly to you anyway ;)

Very true, just kicking myself that I missed out!
When I googled them to find the website, it just tried to correct it to nirvana, and I couldnt find it, I hope they dont miss out on custom due to google speling correction!

If you google "narvana stafford", the first result is this very thread, and given all the glowing reports in here I dare say that it will encourage business, if nothing else. :)

We've had a couple of takeways from here over the last two weeks and were impressed both times.

The lamb tarkani is delicious and well worth a try.

The prices are a little dearer than other takeways but I think it is worth paying the extra for the quality of the food.

After reading the posts on this forum, I made my first visit to Narvana on Thursday. The curry was excellent and the service and friendliness of the staff was excellent. I was even offered a free drink while I waited for my take away. I will definetly be returning.

A group of us went last Saturday for a mate's birthday. It was one of the nicest curries I've ever had! The staff were great and the place was packed out, which was great to see.

FYI, I had the Hyperbadi but swapped the chicken for lamb. Bloody gorgeous.

We went again last night and the food was delicious once again.

The place was buzzing. the atmosphere was friendly and staff attentive as usual.

PS The 2 for 1 on main course offer is still on and valid Sun to Thurs but you need a voucher that you get after having a meal.

Third visit in the space of a month last night and still as excellent as ever. Shame the 2 for 1 doesn't apply on Saturdays though!

Eaten in and had several takeaways, always fresh and very tasty. My girlfriend is a veggie and regularly complains about standards of food for her in Balti houses. She's well chuffed with this place though!

Went in last night it was great! Food lovely and the fresh naan breads Were really light, hot and full of flavour ( garlic and coriander) we were even offered a complimentary drink at the end of the meal! Highly recommend it loveley clean surroundings too!

It's getting to the point where I'm going to have to give this place a try. I was so miserable when Karma II closed, I just decided that nothing else would be as lovely. Haven't had an Indian meal since. Was even thinking of going to one of the other Karmas miles away this weekend to celebrate a certain special occasion. You folk have talked me out of my sulk...though I'm still not happy with the spelling of the name...that's always going to bother me...

Been to Narvana again tonight with the better half and i have to say the meal was excellent. In fact its the best curry I have had in a long time. The waiters are first class and we were even offered a free drink.... Very impressed!!!
