Labour in turmoil and the Conservative majority slim - October it is
May election in October
Hunt for Red October

But can she call an election?

"After the 2010 general election, the coalition government enacted the Fixed-term Parliaments Act 2011 which set fixed term parliaments of five years. Thus the next general election was held on 7 May 2015, with subsequent elections held every five years thereafter on the first Thursday in May. However the Act also contains provisions for Parliament to be dissolved and an early election held if no government can be formed within 14 days after a vote of no confidence in the government. Similarly, the Act allows for an election to be triggered by a vote of two-thirds of MPs in the House of Commons calling for one."

Labour are fukt so it's up to the Conservatives to fight amongst themselves, split into 2 camps, then out of sheer bloody mindedness call for a VONC in the Government which will happen on a Thursday in October thus ensuring my place pot winnings will reach 5.6million

But then wouldn't the majority of Labour MP's vote against the VONC in order to prevent Corbyn becoming PM?

That's not why they would do it, but in the perceived absence of an 'electable' leader, that's what they'd do.

If the Labour Party have another leader come October, and both fancy their chances, Parliament might be dissolved.

The Conservatives are, in practise, a minority Government - they can't just tell the Parliament what to do.

And does she have a pair of shoes shaped like bananas?
