Hot pot for dinner followed by a family quiz. 10 year old says he wants to stay up until midnight - he might be turning the lights off as I am usually in bed by 10pm.What are people doing tonight?
Quiet night or night out?
The lad & grandson have just left, so party buffet & a quiet night for us tonight, back at work tomorrow.
Had no plans so have got tickets for the pub as they have a band on.
Yes, New Years Eve's for the youngsters, not us old gits.Quiet night in for us . Might crack a can or two of cider , but want to stay soberish as I worry about son going out revelling with his mates after his house party.
I used to love New years Eve in my younger days, going to the pubs and night clubs ( except for the dreaded all day hangover the next day ). But hate it nowadays.
A proper black coffee now and you'll be fit for opening time !Ooh my head.
