Oh yes, it's by no means mandatory, but a few people had expressed alarm that there was no such general 'Introductions' thread, so I thought I would make one, so first-timers can test out making a post just to say "Hi!" to see how the basics work.But please let's not spank them if they dont... Think I'd been lurking for a while before I got up the courage to face the forum reprobates with an actual post lol (no I am not naming names, it should become speedily apparant to any newbie who they are ahahaaa)

Hi I have just signed up to this forum so that I can have my say. I think too many people moan but not many actually do anything about it. Well that is not me. Hello everyone, I forgot to do this when I signed up a couple of days ago. Nice to finally meet you all, I have to admit that I have been a 'lurker' for months and months and have thoroughly enjoyed reading all of your posts, especially the one about Tramps- it was fascinating! I have lived in Stafford for 15 years, have 3 children, 1 husband and 2 cats, currently a housewife, but looking at going back to work especially something that would fit in with a primary school child, any ideas welcome Nice to meet you all.

May I refer you to the The Chimney Sweepers and Chimneys Regulation Act 1840 cannot sweep a chimney until 21.
