Orange T-mobile network problem?

yeah, me & the missus are both on t-mobile, and our signal has been up & down like robbie williams' career today.. neither of us have been moved to EE yet, although we both got the text notification weeks ago..

It changed mine this morning, but you do have to turn the phone off then on again

I just received 5 texts at once while receiving a call, all sent at least an hour ago and one I know was about 2pm. Tried to reply and it said no!
