Must pop over there, we have been members for six months now and only visited as many sites. Now the weather is fine there is no excuse!
I'd advise avoiding Shugborough at the end of the month as they are holding a "game and country fair" which should more accurately be called an "animal murderers convention"
Set in the beautiful parkland of Shugborough Hall this Family Country and Game Shownow in its 4th year, with all day entertainment including birds of prey, working dogs, heavy horses, medieval village plus The Knights of the Damned Jousting Team, children's entertainment as well as arts, crafts, gifts and food marquees.

It is a sad world we live in that an event essentially about killing is considered "enjoyment".
Well you had me at animal murdering, but there seems to be even more enjoyment going on.

Whilst these country fairs don't appeal to me, they are well supported, and enjoyed, by thousands of people and to the best of my knowledge nothing gets killed at these events. Taking your logic of not supporting events that support killing that would mean no one should attend any events put on by the Army at the MOD site. Where do you stop.It is a sad world we live in that an event essentially about killing is considered "enjoyment".
If you're going to have standards, then always best to double them...
Bet you'd like to ban the car show at the Castle in August. Can't have people letting their children look at cars, those filthy planet killing, evil things. Shoot the bloody drivers... Oh, hang on...

Talking of enjoyment, I've taken great pleasure going to the horse races ( esp. when I win). I take it that I am wrong and horse racing would be on your 'things to ban' list.
No, I wouldn't. Classic cars aren't really an environmental problem, they account for a very small percentage of mileage driven.
Great I'm sure the show will be grateful of your approval.
