Most certainly.Best avoided.
Yep, but as always, it's been turned into Pub Chat. Last time I looked, there was a special place on this Forum for that. But no bugger seems to care.Wasn't this thread supposed to be about Stafford shops closing?
I must have been near it on the A14 years ago but just kept on to Cambridge where there are of course plenty of good pubs.White Swan in Conington, then a fairly remote Greene King pub with beers served by gravity from casks stillaged in the bar. Hosted all sorts of events to attract custom. Since 2013 a free house owned by a local company with handpumps but also by gravity at beer festivals. Still hosting all sorts of events. The greater the level of automation in shops the lesser the convenience for the customer.I noticed that h&m in town have replaced check out staff with a self service machine and only one checkout. I didn't notice what it was till I was at the front after having queued to be served by the seemingly single member of staff on duty in store. But yeah , a few more jobs lost.
But prime spot means prime rent.I hope that paves the way for something good, it's such a prime spot
Only if you actually pay it.But prime spot means prime rent.
Interestingly, that does confirm the whole development is indeed now owned by Sports Direct International .
Wonder if they'll put another one of their units there.Interestingly, that does confirm the whole development is indeed now owned by Sports Direct International .
So the premises will remain vacant, and before long that area will start to resemble Gaolgate Street.Only if you actually pay it.
OR will all of the stores migrate back to the old M&S and Debenhams buildings, thus regenerating the actual town centre????So the premises will remain vacant, and before long that area will start to resemble Gaolgate Street.
And you can see what happens then.Only if you actually pay it.
