Why exactly did it need to be seized? They weren’t even open any more

Surely just saying “hey we’ll let you out of your lease, give us the keys back” is enough in that scenario? Unless they went completely AWOL which it looks like as they’re saying “come get your stuff”

That didn’t take long. Those kinds of stores rarely work, because they don’t even have the buying power to do decent prices in the first place

I agree, a lot of things I don't care about, but I like my crisps to be crispy!

Wilko will be gone soon. Credit cover has been pulled for suppliers and now on stop by most suppliers due to no payment or late payments. No stock = no sales.
Suppliers have been telling them what the customer wants for the past few years and they chose to ignore that.
Can't believe they have held on this long to be honest, the last few times i've been in the shelves have been 1/3 full at best.
They have gotten rid of tills but even their self service tills look more like the ones the cashiers used to use that they have simply turned around rather than a purpose built system for customers to use.
